Cardstock: Bazzill (bubblegum, gray & cream), KI Lace CS (butterfly)
Patterned paper:  Love, Elsie Betty Tuxedo, Betty Shower & Roxy Cliques
Alpha sticker: American Crafts Thickers - Dolce
Embellishment: heart buttons (unknown), DMC floss
Pen: American Crafts Slick Writer, Uniball Signo  
Ink: brown and black
 
Instructions:

1. Double mat the pictures
2. Create a a break in between the two pictures as shown
3. Re-colour the AC Thickers by dabbing the inkpad onto the letters
4. Place the title vertically on one side and the embellishments/ journaling on the other side to create symmetry
