Materials Used:
BG Eva: Debonair, Pannier, Lavish, Affluent, Noble, Aristocrat
BG Eva Glazed brad
American Crafts Thickers-Black Velvet tie
Prima PP
MM fiber/ribbon
Local lace
Daisy D’s stitch rub-on
Journaling paper
Staedler pen
bling
Instruction:
1.    Use BG Eva-Debonair as base
2.    Matt 5x7 photo with BG Eva-Pannier.  Add strip of BG Eva-Affluent and
white lace at the bottom of the photo for added matting.    Tie end of lace
with ribbons for added effect.
3.    Cut 2x5 inch strip from BG Eva-Aristocrat.  Trace and cut scallop
shape from one side (or use decorative scissors or puncher).  Adhere to
base (about 3 inches from left).
4.    Add matted photo on top of the strip.
5.    Cut die-cuts from BG Eva-Noble
6.    Cut different sizes of circles from BG Eva-Lavish, Pannier, Affluent
and Aristocrat. Distress the circles. Adhere 3-4 different sizes of circles
on top of another with foam tape to create dimension. These serves as the
flowers.  Embellish with bling and/or glazed brad on top for added effect.
7.    Cut leaves die-cut from Prima paper .
8.    Arrange and adhere die-cuts from BG Eva-Noble to upper right side of
photo.  Add hand-made flower and strips of lace.
9.    Arrange and adhere hand-made flower (from #6 above) to lower left
side of photo.
10.    Adhere title using AC Thickers  at the lower right side of the photo
11.   Tear journaling paper and adhere to the bottom of the photo/lace.
